tryed over and over to get into my account but no luck .Changed pass words no luck .One soft ware guy told me I needed it to get usb to record on computer.>?

When I press the hi-hat to play, it looks like I dont press anything. The hi hat sound stays open even though I press it or play it. I need your help please. Its a Alesis DM10. Thanks for your support

They have to get back to me, the high hat pedal suddenly stopped working. Customer support is terrible, no one answered the phone and I got a recording. The product has been a big disappointment. Lets see when you guys call back.

Trouble with my drum module on the Alesis Nitro Mesh Kit

My drum module will turn on but wont display anything and will just display a white screen instead. This mutes all the pieces of the drum kit, including the cymbals. Ive tried restarting the whole drum kit but whenever I open up the format menu it goes to a white screen again after a few seconds. its been like this for a time now but at this point no matter what I do it the kit wont sound. Is there any way I can fix this or do I have to buy a new drum module?

Alesis command X issues

My readout went out and I cant do anything except switch between sound Ive already saved and the cheesy stock sounds that were pre-programmed in!!! And no one is reachable at alesis, as usual and they wont call me or contact me back! My unit is out of warranty and knowing how HORRIBLE the customer service is I learned how to fix it! Where can I buy the parts for my command X mesh kit??

Question about power adapter

I simply want to know the polarity (which is in the center + or - ?) and minimum amperage for the 9v power adapter for the Alesis melody 54 Keyboard. It does not say in the manual I did not get an answer. I tried on line to no avail. When I called. I got finally got to tech support that said the mailbox is full. Directed me to a website that I got nowhere
